Project Description: 

'Chi Kee Sawmill & Timber', was established in 1948 and is the last sawmill in Hong Kong. As affected by the plan of the development of the region, the sawmill may be shut down shortly and the great amount of timber of various species and sizes will then be disposed of in the landfills.

A mixed-use workshop/ storage that will 'house' a new community of sawmill production which examines relations between teaching and networks of creativity and production.
